Body Brushing

To get yourself energised for the day there is a handy tip, Body Brushing, which will help get you going in the morning!

Using a brush, brush up your legs and sides, and down your arms, towards your heart. This will stimulate your senses and provide a great energy boost!

This can be easily added in to your shower routine, or you can do it before you moisturise. This will also help exfoliate the skin.
